Hi, I want to exchange my leggings from M's to L's. I requested an exchange form, but do I need to wait for it to be approved before I send the items back? Also, how should I do the shipping? Do I manually write and pay for the return myself, then Paypal $25 for the trip back to me?

PS: Or is there a way to stretch it out more? I chose the correct hip circumference but the legs and waist feel tight.
