What is ur hip circumference tho?
If u wanna get pretty tight and lifted hip, You'd better choose the size according to ur hip size.

You can feel small to wear at first but its because of the compression power & the waist band. 
So you'd better get use to this fit so, please stretch the waist band as possible as you can, and pass through the pelvis even if it feels hard to wear. If you succeed in 1st try on, then take it off right away and try it on again, you will feel better in second try on.:)
