Title	배송완료라고 뜨는데 물건 받지 못함

Rate Date 2019-11-21 08:08:57 Recommend View 38 안녕하세요. 물건이 하도 도착을 안해서 배송이 되었는지 트랙킹 넘버가 뭐인지에대한 이메일도 하나도 없고 걱정이 되서 오늘 들어와 확인을 해보니, 이미 배송이 되었다 뜨는데, 물건이 온 적이 없거든요? 문앞에 카메라도 다 있어서 물건이 오면 바로 핸드폰으로 알 수가 있는데 택배 자체가 온적이 없는데, 너무 말도 안되서. 트랙킹 넘버로 트랙해보려해도 잘못된 정보라고만 나오고.. 빠른 답장 부탁드려요.
